1. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
2. Service
Radius Directory is a SaaS platform that enables you to build and manage directory websites. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without liability to you.
3. Fees and Payments
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are accepted only within 48 hours of the original purchase; no refunds are issued thereafter. We may suspend the Service without notice if payment is overdue.

You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited promotional material through the Service.
Use the Service to build a competing product or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for operating the Service. All platform software, design, logos, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Radius Directory. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You are responsible for exporting your data before cancellation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Radius Directory will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three (3) months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radius Directory and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radius Directory is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
