7. Data Controller and Processor Roles
When Customers use the Service to create and manage their own directory websites and collect data from their End Users, those Customers act as independent Data Controllers and are responsible for their own compliance with applicable data protection laws. In such cases, Radius Directory acts solely as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of and in accordance with the Customer’s instructions.
Customer account data is logically segregated within our systems. We do not combine or aggregate Personal Data across unrelated Customer accounts for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.
8. Analytics and Advertising
We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media pixels, to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to serve relevant advertisements.
These tools typically collect technical metadata through standard browser-initiated requests, such as IP addresses, browser characteristics, timestamps, page URLs, and general interaction events.
We have configured our systems to avoid transmitting sensitive personally identifiable information—such as form field contents, login credentials, or payment data—to advertising or analytics platforms.
9. Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions. We do not store or collect your payment card details directly. Your payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your Personal Data is governed by their respective privacy policies. These processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
10. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
For the duration of your active account or subscription.
As required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.
As necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is needed to strengthen security, improve functionality, or comply with legal obligations.
System backups are maintained for disaster recovery purposes in accordance with a structured retention schedule. In the event of a verified deletion request, Personal Data will be removed from all live production systems and will not be restored from backup archives after their scheduled rotation.
